    Truer words have never been spoken. Until people realize that institutional oppression will remain the status quo until the oppressors find it economically or physicallynecessary to change, they will never get the results they want by moral appeal alone.

    I'm still trying to understand why she was added to the FBI's Most Wanted list in 2013. She's been in Cuba for nearly 30 years: why the sudden urgency to get Assata NOW? Are they trying to fill some diversity quota on the Most Wanted list? I know it's yet another diversion, to keep people angsty and distracted from the real issues. But sheesh- you'd think that the FBI could come up with something better than this. I guess once they knew that they'd never get Polanski, they had to find another case for Americans to get mad about, all over again.
