I saw this delicious-looking seas scallop recipe reblogged on a Tumblr site and since I had to go to source, found a cool foodie blog. Then I found a few other recipes that made my mouth water. When Ashley over at Hither & Thither (amongst my fave ‘couple’ blogs) posted a shaved asparagus and parmesan salad recipe, I knew I had to share it. I’d probably add sugar snap peas and maybe some farro, but it’s fine as is. In the meantime, check out this list of 25 salads. Head over to H&T for the full recipe.
Now here’s a simple dessert that looks very elegant. It’s great for a brunch, baby shower, etc. Adding the fruit is a great way to ensure it veers on the healthier side. You can substitute the ice cream with Greek yogurt (adding a sweetener to taste) if you make it in advance and you’re feeling ambitious!
It’s been too long since we’ve had a recipe post! I saw this cute meal over at xoJane for Farfalle & Parmesan and knew I had to modify it. I did and it was yummy. We’re doing a Recipe Remix to make it more filling and nutritious.
